Hallmark was founded in 1984 by Mr. Karan Dass Agrawal, a Chartered Engineer and Gold Medalist from BITS Pilani, one of India\u2019s leading engineering institutions. With over six decades of experience across renowned organizations such as Mukand Iron & Steel Ltd. and CIMCO, he brought deep technical expertise and a strong foundation of values centered on integrity, commitment, and excellence.<\/p>
